Annabell Mae Ringey age 84 of Parker, Ks. died December 7, 2011 at the Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Ks.

Annabell was the oldest of eight children born to Walter John Bagshaw and Maurine C. (Matthews) Bagshaw on June 3, 1927 in Laguna Beach, Ca. She attended San Diegoto schools, Encintas, Ca.


Annabell married Charles W. Ringey in Oceanside, Ca. on Jan.31, 1945.

They had three children, one son Charles W. Ringey and two daughters Alice Marie and Evelyn Louise.

They left California in 1946 moving to Hartford, Ks and lived there until 1950. They moved to Tulsa, Ok. for about one year, moving to Shawnee, Ks. until 1953 when they moved back to California until 1983 when they came to Parker.


She worked as a sales clerk and stocker for Sears and retired in 1979. She was a member of the Cadmus Grange #350, member of the Family Community Education Service, Parker, and the Loyal Workers Club of Parker. She was also a member of the Parker Methodist Church choir.

Annabell enjoyed appliqué, making stockings for her family and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters’, Mary Louise Hanlin, Leona Alice Baumgardner and Loraine Baumgardner and one brother Walter John Bagshaw.

Survivors are husband Charles W. Ringey of the home, one son; Charles Warren Ringey of Lakewood, Ca. daughters; Alice Marie Howard of LaCygne, Ks. and Evelyn Louise Kimes of Long Beach, Ca. brothers, Lloyd Bagshaw of Sercy Ark. ; William Bagshaw of Washington, Rodger Bagshaw of Florida; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Cremation with a private family service at a later date.
