Lisa Ann (Plaisted) Stamper

Lisa Ann (Plaisted )Stamper, age 41 of Kansas City, Ks. formerly of Osawatomie, Ks. died Tuesday March 13, 2012 at the University of Kansas Medical Center from injuries she received from being struck by an automobile.

Lisa was born October 4, 1970 in Kansas City, Mo. She is the daughter of Ronald Plaisted of Lane, Ks. and Sandra (Terrell)Plaisted of Paola, Ks.

Lisa went to kindergarten in Emmett, Kansas, then attended 1st and 2nd grade in Nebraska City, Nebraska, from then attended school in Osawatomie, Kansas.

Lisa was the mother of two daughters Jessica and Samantha.

She was married in 2000 to Tim Stamper, the marriage ended in divorce in 2005.

She lived in Paola four years before moving to Kansas City, Kansas where she had been living for the past five years.

Lisa worked for Clorox in Springhill for several years.


She is survived by her mother Sandra Jackson of Paola, Ks. her father Ronald Plaisted of Lane, K.s two daughters, Jessica Leann French, and Samantha Rae French both of Topeka, Ks. Three granddaughters Ariona, Rylee, and Morgan of Topeka, Ks.; one brother, Jeffrey Plaisted of Wichita, Ks.; Aunts and Uncles Buddy Terrell of Chanute, Ks.; Larry and Herna Plaisted of Kansas City, Ks.; Gerry and Ray Dial of Paola, Ks.; and Joanne Pritchard of Paola, Ks

Funeral service will be at 2pm Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home in Osawatomie, Ks. with visitation from 1pm-2pm prior to services.
