Benjamin Jamese Cole

Benjamin Jamese Cole, 29 of Osawatomie, KS departed this life on Saturday April 15 ^th 2023 in his home.

Ben was born December 29, 1993 in Olathe, Kansas to Fred Kenneth Cole and Patsy Ann (Cook) Cole. Ben was one of three children from this marriage. Ben loved his three nieces Kylee Cole, Kimberlee Cole and Riley Kern and great nephew Zane Cole.

Ben was engaged to Amia Schultz for 3 years. He loved his little family he had with Amia and her two siblings; Unique Ellis and Malik Schultz. Ben was very proud of his family. He cherished his friendships and loved every moment he spent with his fur babies. He never could say no to another puppy. He also could quote every movie. Even though he loved his video games, he loved gardening, fishing, camping, music, nature walks and exploring with his family and friends.  Ben had an old hippy soul. He loved watching sports and there is no place he would rather be than home with his family. Ben loved his step father Patrick Sloan. He looked up to him and cared deeply for him. Ben had the biggest heart and it was always in the right place.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Fred Charles Cole and Carl Henry Cook.

Survivors include his parents; Fred (Maggie) Cole of Topeka, KS and Patsy (Patrick Sloan) Cole of Osawatomie, KS. Fiancé Amia Schultz of the home, paternal grandma Shirley Cole and maternal grandma Joyce Cook, brother Fred “Andy” (Stephanie) Cole of Louisburg, KS, sister Candice (Patrick) Kern of Lane, KS, brother Leo Cole and sister Destiny Cole both of Topeka, his fiancé’s siblings Unique Ellis and Malik Schultz and three nieces. Along with many cousins and friends.

A memorial fund has been set up in Ben’s name at First Option Bank in Osawatomie
