Bradley Eugene Hurt age 52 of Osawatomie, KS died Friday February 16, 2018 at his home.

Brad was born March 2, 1965 in Ottawa, KS. He was the youngest of three sons born to Dorman and Julia (Shaffer) Hurt. He grew up in Osawatomie and graduated with the Osawatomie Class of 1983.

He was employed by USD #367 and was later a private contractor for Rural Water District #2 for 25 years. Brad was a big sports fan. He loved KU Basketball and NASCAR.  He loved spending time with his best buddy Brock Hurt.  They had many Nerf gun battles.  He also liked going to the sand dunes and riding 4 wheelers.  He liked fishing and trying to catch more and bigger fish than his dad and brother Bruce.

He is proceeded in death by his Dad and grandparents.

Brad is survived by his mother Julia of the home, two brothers Bruce and Brent of Osawatomie, one nephew Kyle, two nieces Krystal and Kaylee and one great nephew Brock Hurt. Along with other family and many friends.
