Deanna Belle Salsberry....Age 60

Deanna Belle Salsberry age 60 of LaCygne, KS passed April 8, 2022 at her home.

Deanna was born August 16, 1961 in Waverly, MO. She was one of five children born to Billy and Janice (Borcher) Meyer. She grew up in Concordia, MO where she went to school.

In 1988, Deanna and Larry Salsberry were united in marriage. They were married for 21 years until Larry passed in 2009. They made their home in Leavenworth, KS. Deanna became the mother to her five children; Matt, Miranda, Kristen, Josh and Ashley.

Deanna was a youth leader for years helping lead many to Christ at First Baptist Church in Leavenworth, KS.  She moved to LaCygne three years ago to be closer to family. Deanna enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and church groups. She loved reading and doing bible studies. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Deanna loved being outdoors, camping, fishing and boating. She enjoyed visiting with friend and helping anyone in need. Her house was home to everyone. Deanna was a member at Fontana Christian Church, where she loved her church family very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband Larry, her parents and her brother Billy Meyer.

Survivors include her children; Matt Pace, Miranda (Ben) Brandt, Kristen (Cass) Douglass, Josh (Kelsy Hays) Pace, Ashley (Bryan) Jaccard; Grandkids; Keaton and Maddox Matlick, Charley and Wyatt Brandt, Isabella, Allie, Austin, and Ava Douglass, Bailey and Macey Pace, Brooklynn and Adalynn Savage, and Dante Clinton. Brothers Bernie (Stacey) Meyer and Berry Meyer and sister Brenda Meyer. Along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews that she loved.
