Frances Jonelle Goodall

Frances JoNelle (Icenogle) Goodall age 84 of Pahrump, NV passed October 2, 2022 in Pahrump, NV.

JoNelle was born March 28, 1937 in Osawatomie, KS to Charles Otto and Helen Marie Icenogle. Grew up in Osawatomie. Graduated with the Osawatomie High School Class of 1955.

In 1955, JoNelle married Fay “Shorty” Goodall. They moved in California in 1956. The couple had two children; Fay Allen in 1958 and Rebecca Jolene in 1961. JoNelle worked for Simon Trucking and then San Bernardino County as a Clerical supervisor for SBC department of testing. Then in 1979 the family moved to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. JoNelle worked for Spokane Washington Department Civil Service and was a clerical supervisor over the city jobs division. She retired in 2004. They moved to Pahrum, NV in 2006.

In her free time, JoNelle enjoyed reading, gardening, horses and small farming. She was a member of the First Fundamental Christian Church in San Bernardino, CA and Choice Hills Baptist Church in Pahrum, NV.

JoNelle was preceded in death by her husband Shorty Goodall and her parents.

Survivors include her children; Allen Goodall and Beck Fisher, five grandchildren; Joseph Hepner, Kristin Harwood, Spencer Goodall, Preston Goodall and Chad Goodall. Along with other family and friends.
