Jocelyn Marie Elizabeth Razo age 17 of Osawatomie, KS died Saturday June 15, 2019.

Jocelyn was born March 24, 2002 in Shawnee Mission, KS. She was the 2 ^nd of three born to Nicholas Alexander Razo and Crystal Kay Cook. She grew up in Osawatomie where she attended school.

Jocelyn was known for her spunk. She had a bubbly personality and always made people laugh. But she was sassy, sarcastic and spoke her mind. Jocelyn loved making videos, listening to music, being crafty and tie dyeing everything. She loved being with her friends. Jocelyn was a Netflix junkie.

She was preceded in death by her Nana Cindy K. Cook.

Survivors include her parents Nichols Razo and Crystal Cook, step-mom Jamie Bird, brothers Riley and Korbin Razo, sisters Aubrinnah and MaKayla Razo, and step sister Gerzi Bird, Papa Charles D. Cook, paternal grandparents Isaac & Rhoda Razo, Kay Yackle and step grandma Janice Bird.  Aunts Jennifer (Aaron Sharp) Cook and Angel (Ryan) Sobba. Along with many cousins, other family and many friends.
