Myrtle Francis "Frankie" Douglas age 62 of Parker, KS died Tuesday October 26, 2021 at her home.

Frankie was born April 14, 1959 in Olathe, KS. She was the fourth of seven born to John LeRoy and Bertha June (Kitchell) Tinsley.  Frankie grew up in Olathe, KS, where she attended Olathe North High School.

In 1979, Frankie and Charles Ernest Douglas were united in marriage in Olathe, KS. They lived in Olathe for four years until moving to Parker, KS. Together the couple had one daughter, Sarah Elizabeth. Frankie and Charlie lived in Parker most of their married life. They did live in Lane for a short time but then moved back to Parker.

For most of her life, Frankie was a stay at home mom and housewife but she did work for the City of Parker for over ten years. Frankie met lots of people while running the trash compactor at Parker.

In her free time, Frankie enjoyed reading, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and word searches. She liked going camping, fishing and back road cruising. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family and spoiling her grandbabies. Frankie attended the First Baptist Church of Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Connie Tinsley and Teresa Tinsley.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years Charles of the home, daughter Sarah (Matt West) Castleberry of Fontana, KS; six grandchildren; Austin Douglas, Derry Ferrell, Alex Ferrell, Braxton Ferrell, Koriana Ferrell and Keira Ferrell; sisters Ida Mae Jackson of Blue Mound, KS, Beverly Freeman of Blue Mound, KS Katherine Bresee of Galena, KS and Donna Tinsley of Parker, KS; Nieces and Nephews; Sam Freeman, Ebb Freeman, Tequila Freeman, Melissa Bresee, Brandy Bresee, Geini Bresee, Dennis Bresee, and Rhonda Shue.  Along with many other family and friends.
