Patricia Ann Hodgkinson.... Age 78

Patricia Ann Hodgkinson, age 78, was a longtime resident of Osawatomie, Kansas. She passed away at home on October 6, 2020 after a battle with cancer.  Pat was born February 2, 1942 in Pratt, Kansas and was the daughter of Iris (Burgin) Wilt and Otto Marshall Wilt.  She grew up in the Coats, Kansas area, and graduated from Sawyer High School in 1960.

Patricia married Dennis Roy Hodgkinson and together they had three daughters.  They divorced after 31 years.   She spent most of her career helping patients at the Osawatomie State Hospital.  She acquired her Licensed Mental Health Technician certification.

Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, choosing a quiet lifestyle in her later years.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her survivors include her daughters, Lori (Jim) Ferraro of Pittsburg, Kansas, Tammi (Dan) Giakowski of Osawatomie, Kansas.  Her grandchildren, Jakob Billingsley, Benjamin (Bernadette) Ferraro, Elizabeth Billingsley, Lukas Billingsley, Annisa (Thomas) Catron, and Aric (Jennifer Edie) Cooperwood.  She also was the grandmother of two great grandsons and a great granddaughter.  She is also survived by two sisters and a brother, along with many nephews and nieces and other family members.

Patricia was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Wendi Jenkins, her  parents, three brothers, and a sister.
