Richard Allee “Dick” Clark, 74 of Monett, MO died October 14, 2017 at his home.
Dick was born on January 23, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the second of three children born to Fred Lewis & Frances Lorraine (Patrick) Clark. He grew up and attended school in Park Hill.
After high school, Dick went to work as a meat cutter. He worked in grocery stores in the Kansas City, Missouri area. He became a member of the KCMO meat cutters union local 576. He worked as a meat cutter and lived in the Paola area until 1996 when he and his sister moved to Monett, Missouri.
Dick loved fishing whenever he could. He fished for anything, just as long as he was on the water he was happy. Dick loved the Kansas City Chiefs and football in general. He often did bible studies and would read anything he could get his hands on. Especially if it had to do with religion. He was a member of a Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include sons Jimmy Ray Clark, Richard Louis Clark and Jeffrey Bradley Clark, Brother Dennis Clark and sister Pat Bruce. Along with other family and friends.
