Shana Dawn Holden, age 50 of Paola, KS passed away peacefully Friday, April 30th, 2021 in her home.

Shana was born September 18th, 1970 in Hutchinson, KS. She was the eldest of three children. She grew up in Olathe, attending Olathe South High School.

After school Shana married and had three children Amanda, Tanner and Ashley. Before her children were in school Shana was a daycare provider to stay home with them.

In her spare time Shana enjoyed plants, thrift shopping, listening to music and journaling. She loved taking walks around Miola Lake with her dog Ginger. The one thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her children Amanda(Justin) Grieder of Burlington, KS, Tanner(Skye) Feris of LaCygne, KS and Ashley(Ryan) Stookey of Paola, KS; her parents Virginia and Frank Allison of Elsmore, KS; sister Glenda Roach of Moran, KS and brother Terry Roach II of Merriam, KS; four grandchildren, Greyson Stookey, Parker Feris, Owen Stookey, Raven Dawn Stookey(Shana’s namesake) and two grand dogs, Marley and Stryker, along with other family and friends.
